Deluxe Room with Balcony

Our Deluxe rooms with balcony (40 m²) are located on the first floor of Sunset Hill’s low-rise buildings Jasmine and Orchid. These luxury finished rooms consist of a spacious bedroom with one large double bed.

These lower floor studio rooms have sliding doors opening to the covered garden balcony with a dining table and views of the lush garden. In addition to the high quality beds, these rooms are equipped with a luxury flat screen TV, a small counter with water cooker, refrigerator, minibar, as well as a working desk and bedside tables. Of course the rooms also have air conditioning and ceiling fan. If you are looking for affordable luxury with a nice outdoor space to relax this is the room type for you.

Note: The standard bedding of this roomtype is one double bed. An extra bed can be added to this room type on request.
